Fix for Power DVD BD player error : A disc with an unsupported format in drive

Scenario 1:
There is a conflict between Cyber-Link Power DVD and your antivirus software.
Scenario 2: 
Your Graphics card driver is not fully compatible with BD playback.

Usually happens when McAfee is reinstalled or updated.

Fix:

1.     Remove Power DVD and reinstall from MDD.

2.     Manually update the Video card drivers.

Note: Steps are only valid if the DVD is getting detected in DVD drive.
