Missing Bluetooth from Device manager after reinstall

We often find that after reinstalling Vista, Bluetooth gets disabled from Device manager or its not visible there.

Download this utility to enable it from this link: http://ftp.dell.com/network/R159805.EXE

 And then install Bluetooth drivers from this link for
