How to fix Outlook 2007 BCM SQL error in Windows 7

During the install of Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager (BCM) will show a compatibility issue with Windows 7.  The problems are resolved by installation of SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 3 (SP3).
