Dell Support Center 2.0 loads up blank due to compatibility issue with Roxio


Problem:
It has been identified that there is a compatibility issue between Dell Support Center 2.0 and Roxio 9.15. This causes Dell Support Center to load with a
blank interface.

Cause:
After Roxio Creator 9.1.x is installed on a Vista system, the following registry value is modified:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft®\Windows®\CurrentVersion\explorer\Shell Folders\Common AppData to C:\Documents and Settings

Ø  Modifying the registry value causes Dell Support Center 2.0 to load without content or with a blank interface.

The correct value should be C:\ProgramData.

Resolution:
1.     Uninstall Dell Support Center 2.0
