Roxio runtime error resolution--This works

We have often been facing issue with Roxio returning runtime error or returning memory reference error’s

Try the steps listed below, this has resolved the issue

1.     Go to your start menu and open "Run".

2.     Copy and paste or type the following command into the Open window:

regsvr32 msxml3.dll

3.     Click OK

4.     Make sure it says it succeeded

5.     Restart the computer, and re-launch

If this does not work, it is quite probable that Roxio is not compatible with WMP 11

1.     Click on Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs.

2.     Highlight Windows Media Player 11 and click on Remove.

3.     Once done, restart your computer.

4.     Once you are back in Windows, open up Internet Explorer and click on the link below:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/Browse.aspx?displaylang=en&categoryid=4

5.     Scroll down and select Windows Media Player 10.

6.     Click on the Download button and go through the Validation screens.

7.     Choose Save and save it to your Desktop.

8.     Once done, double-click on that file to install WMP 10.
