Issue Description :
When try to play the disk initially, the power DVD
disappear itself . If try again, get an error message for 0110 and the graphics
driver incompatibility/video drivers error.
Do not have any secondary monitor installed. Using DVI
port to connect the monitor with the video card.
Resolution :
1.
Run a Cyberlink blu-ray disk advisor to check
the compatibility of the system hardware if it can play blu-ray disks from the
following link.
2.
To play blu-ray disks, the video card and
monitor should support HDCP.
HDCP
Short for high-bandwidth
digital-content protection, a specification developed
by Intel for protecting digital entertainment content that uses the DVI interface. HDCP encrypts the transmission of digital content between
the video source, or transmitter -- such as a computer, DVD player or set-top box -- and the digital display,
or receiver -- such as a monitor, television or
projector. HDCP is not designed to prevent copying or recording of digital
content but to protect the integrity of content as it is being transmitted.
Note : In case you
get an incompatibility with the video digital HDCP, please tell the customer to
try some other monitor with digital port only.
