Reason: Improper install/uninstall of McAfee.
Resolution: In Outlook, click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options. IN either the COM Add-Ins or Add-In Manager you should see a reference to the McAfee product, Remove it. If that doesn't work, then it will be in the registry, probably under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins
