Correct steps for PC restore using Datasafe Local Backup

The steps to restore the computer to factory settings when the repair option involves Dell DataSafe Restore and Emergency Backup.  

NOTE: The Steps provided in the training Website do not match with what the exact screens which customer gets at his end.

Use following steps after F8 menu:

Customer will get the following options on the screen:

Startup Repair, System Restore, Windows Complete PC Restore, Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool, Command Prompt, and Dell DataSafe Restore and Emergency Backup.

Choose the option "Dell DataSafe Restore and Emergency Backup".

You will be asked to- choose either to "back up files and folders" or "Restore my computer". Choose restore.

It will ask to select "Factory Image" or "Browse for more/archived". Choose Factory image.

Once you click Next, it will initate the process of restore.

Click Restart and restore will be complete.
