Printer "Communication failure error" on windows 7 !!!

Upgraded windows 7 ultimate 64-bit from vista ultimate 64-bit .

Issue  : "Communication failure error" while Printing . scanning is working fine .

Cause : service for printing dlbc service or dlcj service is missing from services.msc .

Solution :

01 . open a notepad and copy the below link in the notepad .

02 . click on file on notepad and save as file name .reg instead of .txt .

03 . once you save the file close the file and double click on reg file which you saved .

04 . check in services.msc you will find the missing dlbc service or dlcj service would be there.

05 . Now try and print it’ll work Issue Resolved.
