recently tried updating the Router settings at his home using
only the wireless connection and was able to update/save the settings
successfully without connecting the cable to his wireless Router.
Although after saving the settings the Router page might show
“Page cannot be displayed”; however, if you put the Router IP again in a new IE
window it would open the page successfully with changed settings.
We come across wireless issues every day. So, we can update the Router
settings using the wireless only connection, as opposed to the common belief of
needing a cable to do this.
