1501 LCD replacements for driver issue

Most often than not, systems have the following drivers while they actually need to be as mentioned at the end.
Driver that systems have:
RADEON XPRESS 200M Series (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM)
Driver Provider: ATI Technologies Inc.
Driver Date: 8/21/2006
Driver Version: 7.14.10.830

Updated driver that was installed:
ATI IGP Xpress 1150
Release Date:    10/30/2007
Version:            8.31.100.3.2 VISTA WHQL 061124a2-053906C-Dell, A07 

Can you please message this to all agents to ensure that appropriate updated patches and drivers are installed on the system before setting a dispatch? This should help improve our resolution and reduce repeats.
