Most common issue with PC doctor (CPU cores are not enabled)

Issue: A warning message stating that some of the CPU cores are not enabled may be noticed when customer tries to run PC Doctor from Dell Support Center 2.0.

Reason: This occurs due to various reasons, however the two most common reasons are CPU throttling and OS load.

Resolution: Suggest customers to choose the highest number of processors in Windows by following the below steps.
                 Go to Start > Choose Run > Type 'msconfig' in the text box > Press <Enter> Key.
                 Select the Boot tab > Click on Advanced options.
                 Under 'Number of processors', choose the highest number of processors.
