Direct option is not available
for disabling HT. However, a 3rd party tech forum gives an option to
apply an unofficial mod to the system BIOS.
The link also shows how the BIOS
would have additional options after applying the MOD.
However, as suggested by the
forum, this might have undesirable results so modding the BIOS is not advised.
