Caps Lock delay in Windows 7

Solution 1:

1. Click START , type: MSCONFIG and hit enter.
2. On the Startup tab of "System configuration" Window.
3. Un-check ‘Quickset’.

4. Apply and Okay.

Note: After the restart, Customer will not see the Caps on or Off signs. If he is okay with that, no further steps needed. If not then you may try the second fix.

Solution 2:

To open the Ease of Access Center,

select: Start >Control Panel >Ease of Access > Ease of Access Center.

Under Explore all settings, select: Make the keyboard easier to use.

Check “Underline keyboard shortcuts and access keys”.

Click on Save.
