If we come across an issue where customer complains that he does
not have product key on the MPI card, we can try to retrieve the Product Key
using the 27 Character PIN found inside the product key card.
Follow the below steps:
1.
Go to https://office.getmicrosoftkey.com/
2.
Enter the PIN found inside the card.
3.
Enter the email where you want the product key to be mailed. (You
can alternatively choose to login with or setup a new live account to have your
key stored online)
4.
Check your email for the product key.
*If customer chose to login or created new live ID during this
process, the key retrieved will be saved in his account and could be retrieved
later. However, if the customer entered any other email address for key retrieval,
the key received in the email would be the only record and customer would not
be in a position to get the key again if that record is lost.
*PIN can be used to retrieve the key only once.
