There seems to be an issue today where a lot of reps are not
able to open any external websites, while internal tools are working. Please
try the following steps and check if they help. These did work with my teams.

Launch Internet Explorer, navigate to Tools
> Internet Options > Connections [Tab]

Click on LAN Settings
·
Under Proxy Settings, check the box which
says Use a Proxy server for your LAN and below that, in the text box
next to Address, type in “proxy”
·
Leave Port as 80
·
Make sure the check box Bypass proxy server
for local addresses is checked.

Click OK and try again
