We are experiencing issue of printer going offline {
specific to Spice Printer (V525 & V725) }. Printer is able to print using
the USB cable. IP Address for the printer is fine and we are able to ping it as
well successfully. Please check for printer spooler/sub spooler service. It is
Blocked by system firewall. As soon as you add exceptions you would be able to
use printer without any issues.
