Internet not working

We have come across a issue where the internet on the dell connect works fine but when we are using it on the customers computer it does not work it gives an error “ page cannot be displayed”. It happens most of the times on the wireless connection.

We can try these steps to fix the issue

·         Try changing the DNS from automatic to manual ( We can use 8.8.8.8 , 8.8.4.4 )

·         Go to CMD and try Winsock Reset

In case if this does not resolve the issue go to CMD – Then run as Admin --- then enter this command “instead of the Wireless network connection” type customer network name ---- Press Enter----Reboot the system ----issue will be resolved
