OOB systems don't boot
despite PSA passing and HDD being detected.
These issues are happening
due to incorrect BIOS/UEFI/Secure Boot settings.
See if these help you out. You'll find these options in
the BOOT tab of the BIOS.
5423 - UEFI Enabled, Secure Boot Disabled
3520 - UEFI enabled, Secure Boot Enabled
7520 - Legacy BIOS Enabled
